A/R roots for Bawumia as terrified NDC attack him for spending 15 days to campaign in one region

The momentum is building at breakneck speed, and I am confident that come December 7, Ghanaians will make the best choice of a leadership brimming with bold new ideas and a vision for Ghana’s future that positions her as a major player in the 21st century.

These were the words of NPP presidential candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as he campaigned in the party’s stronghold of Ashanti Region.

He has so far covered 265 out of the 276 constituencies of the country.

On Sunday, Dr. Bawumia was in the Sekyere Afram Plains, Kumawu and Effiduase constituencies, and the response was incredibly massive.

NDC fears and attacks
As the NPP presidential candidate takes over the Ashanti Region, fear seems to have gripped the NDC. In their confused state, the NDC has resorted to using social media to launch attacks on him.
Their communicators have questioned why Dr Bawumia should spend 15 days in one region campaigning, while he leaves other regions unattended to.

Counter
But, this has been rubbished by NPP members who believe the NDC were terrified by the huge response the Bawumia campaign is receiving in the NPP’s stronghold.

Vision
Dr Bawumia has been sharing his vision with the people of the region, through various engagements.
“Our engagements showed, among others, that my bold new vision for Ghana is possible, and together, we can achieve greatness,” he said.

He added that it has always been an honour and a privilege to serve the good people of Ghana, “and with your blessings and votes on December 7, I intend to work even harder to meet our collective aspirations.”
